Transfers
Should you wish to transfer your Property as part of a marriage or de facto relationship (whether as a result of a new relationship of a dissolution of an existing) we can prepare the necessary documentation to effect such transfer. Similarly, you may wish to Gift your Property to a relative.
We will arrange for the preparation of the relevant documentation and organise for the Transfer to be stamped and registered at the Land Titles Office. We will also liaise with your Mortgagee if applicable in order to finalise the Transfer.
In transferring a Property consideration must first be given to issues relating to taxation and duty implications.
